Hamilton puts up 30PTS against Aurora’s St. Max

On Thursday, December 22, 2016, Keswick High School took on St. Maximillian Kolbe Catholic High School in a hard fought battle that came down to the last few seconds of the game. Both teams were neck and neck for most of the game with neither team showing any advantage.

Although the teams were tied going into the 4th quarter, Keswick had a distinct problem when two of the players fouled out and two more we’re in trouble.

This was not the case for Wesley Hamilton. Playing for every second of the 36 minute battle, Hamilton again led his team with 10 AST, 6 STL and 30 PTS which included another 100% (12 for 12) average from the charity stripe.

Despite the one point loss, Keswick Coach Francis Lundrigan was very pleased with the leadership of team Captain #2, Wesley Hamilton. “Wesley’s drive and focus has carried our team throughout the season. His work ethic on and off the court is extremely contagious,” said Lundrigan. “He lives basketball.”
